Management Trainees Operational (Northern Region)

The Supply Chain Logistics Management Trainee Programme has been designed to give you the opportunity to make a real impact on our business. The specific business objectives of the programme are to develop:

In order for us to ensure we have future leaders who have the drive to influence change, make a positive difference within our business and help us achieve our overall Food Retail vision we are looking to recruit a number of self-motivated individuals to join the Supply Chain Logistics part of our Food Retail Business as Management Trainees.

Our programme puts you in the thick of things, as youll join one of our operational teams, and take on real responsibilities from the start. The focus of the programme will be on our warehouse and transport arenas in order that we can focus on the key areas for future growth. You will have exposure to other key business areas which will support your development and give you an insight into how these areas support the operational arena.

Flexibility in terms of location and travel is an essential part of this programme as you may be based within any of our Distribution Centres for long periods of time.

Naturally, we want the brightest and best trainees. And were looking for something a little bit extra besides. As a co-operative, we need our trainees to have an unusual mix of skills and behaviours.
